Might be spoilers but will be vague as best as I can. Also these are my thoughts and feelings, I may not have loved it but you might.

I got this as an ARC from Netgallery, the blurb intrigued me and I was looking to read more horror, this was good but ultimately I found it confusing and just a head scratcher at times. This I guess is a corporate horror with maybe some folk horror elements that centres around Josie who we see bombed a interview with The Eburos Group that her mom was able to get her as she knows the head Mr Dean. She was confused and just off put by the interview. Even though she bombs it, she through a set of circumstances ends up getting a job with Eburos which even though all her being is screaming to not take it she does as the money is good and would help her family. The more she learns about the shadowy company the more she regrets her decision especially after doing a ritual to become the representative to the friendly man. Will Josie be able to keep her identity and her soul.

This was good and liked most of what I read but I was left at times confused and just overall left feeling a bit out of sorts. The ending just left me feeling unsatisfied.
