Maeve Fly by C.J Leede eBook/Audiobook 

Got this as I've kept hearing about it and it was on a deal,was a little wary as I heard this is extreme but couldn't resist my curiosity any longer. Doing this as an immersion read which maybe a bad idea but so far I'm good but only on chapter 7 so early days . But I do love Sosie Bacon's narration this is shaping to be a five ⭐

All Fudged Up by Nancy Coco Audiobook 

This is the first in a series  and I do love a good cozy and the cover had a cute dog on it. On chapter 16 right now. This deals with Allie McMurphy who has come to Mackinac Island to take over the hotel and fudge shop of her late grandfather, she is up to her neck in renovating the place and other things in dealing with getting set up that a dead body in the closet is not good and especially one that had a long running feud with her dearly departed grandfather. So no she's considered prime suspect number one. So she now has to deal with people picking sides via coloured ribbons, while still trying to set up the hotel/fudge shop, she also gains a little Bichon Frisé puppy while also trying to clear her name by finding who killed Joe Jessup. Also includes recipes.

Horror for Weenies by Emily C Hughes Paperback

This is funny non fiction reference book for people who are squeamish about horror movies but still want to get the reference or sound knowledgeable if horror movies are mentioned, this showcase 25 movie from Psycho to Hereditary, it gives a recap, some things to say to sound clever also gives book recs if you can't watch. This is book one in the outsider's guide so will be interested to see what's next and where they might go.
