Just finished the first book in the Dublin Drag Mysteries and I have to say it was so good and just fun to read but also tense at times. If you love drag queens and you love a good mystery is for you, it's about a young woman name Fi who is best friends with Robyn aka Mae B a young gay man who is an aspiring drag queen. In helping him with his first gig at a drag club called TRASH she is pulled into a mystery after a mean and spiteful queen called Eve is found dead in the alley dress dressed up in Mae B's get up, Fi who stumbled upon the body does not believe it was a accident like the police or the Garda as they called in Ireland, her belief in it being a murder causes a fallout with her friendship with Robyn as they would like to just move on and the other drag queens would also like to just forget as Eve was not liked by anyone it's seems, even Fi didn't but she feels compelled as it seems horrible for someone to have killed a drag queen and no one seems to care. She posts on her blog that usually deals with bridges about it, which just causes more trouble in her relationship with Robyn and the others. Honestly my heart broke 💔 at seeing her and Robyn being in a argument and just feeling the ice wall between. There is a near attempt on a queen and another murder before we find out who did it, and I honestly like didn't have a strong idea who the killer was and was surprised when I found out who it was but now looking back I should have guessed. Going to read the next one in the series as they are three overall as of writing is post.
