I was able to get these as ARCs from the author Lyssa Lund. I'm a fan of cozy mysteries and also love paranormal and magical stuff so this series was right up my alley also features a little romance in each of the book. The books all revolve around three friends that a reunited after being separated as teenagers due to an event that left them shunned by the town of Sliver Cove. Each book focuses on one on the three, the first book deals with Paris who returns after the death of Helena who took care of her as a kid but had become estranged from after the event. She has been willed half of Helena's house with Finn Helena's nephew and Paris teen crush. Along the way she learns she a witch, Sliver Cove's secret magical community. She also reconnects with Sage and Ginger her old friends, a dead body body leads to a mystery that connects to the event that happened to them as teens.
The next book deals with Ginger who is a single mother to a teen daughter Ivy that just happens to be a werewolf but hasn't shifted yet. She came back to Sliver Cove hoping to find a safe place for Ivy, she also is feeling insecure about her role as a guardian of the Ley line as she is only Human. She finds help from her neighbour Zane who is a lone werewolf when Ivy is being stalked by a werewolf. More of the mystery of what happened to the girls as teens is revealed along with a current one.
The third book deals with Sage the fae who was the only of them to stay behind in the town, she feels resentful at the town after the treatment she suffered but also doesn't want to be a guardian. A dead body in the bar she runs brings stuff about the Faerie world where her late dad was a king and she is looking lost princess. The mystery of what happened to them as teens is tied up and the masterminds who were trying to steal control of the Ley line are revealed and dealt with.
I don't know if more books are planned in the series but hope so.
